IPL 2026: Mumbai Indians Face Kolkata Knight Riders in Season's Second Clash at Wankhede

Mumbai. The second match of this season's Indian Premier League (IPL) will be played today between Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders. The match will start at 7:30 PM at Mumbai's home ground, Wankhede Stadium, with the toss scheduled for 7:00 PM.

Mumbai is a five-time champion (2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020). The team finished third in the previous season. Kolkata, on the other hand, won the title in 2012, 2014, and 2024, but their previous season was not very good, and the team finished in eighth place.
