Dhangadhi Transport Office Collects Over NPR 480 Million in Revenue for Current Fiscal Year

Kailali. The Transport Management Office, Dhangadhi, has collected NPR 481.951 million in revenue as of the current fiscal year 2082-83.

Office Chief Bhuwan Joshi informed that this revenue was collected from various headings. According to him, the highest revenue of NPR 378.3 million was collected from vehicle tax, while the lowest revenue of NPR 1.2 million was collected from commercial registration fees.

Furthermore, NPR 93.582 million was collected from fees related to driving licenses, vehicle registration books, license renewals, fines, inspections, and license certifications, and NPR 8.826 million was collected from income in the transport sector (cancellation of registration, pollution checks, route permits).

The Transport Management Office had collected NPR 755.627 million in revenue from various headings in the fiscal year 2081-82. The office's records indicate that its outstanding liability amount is zero.
