Community Health Unit Established in Mangala Rural Municipality, Myagdi

Myagdi. A community health unit has been established in Kukurbisauna, Ward No. 2 of Mangala Rural Municipality in the district. The unit was inaugurated by the Rural Municipality Chairman, Satprasad Roka, on Tuesday.

On that occasion, he stated that the municipality is committed to providing basic health services and mentioned that he has prioritized the development of the village.

According to Dhanbahadur Khatri Chhetri, Ward Chairman of Mangala Rural Municipality-2, 130 families will benefit from this unit. The compulsion for the residents here to travel to Ranwang, Arman, Kuhun, Singa, and Pulachaur to receive health services has now ended. Previously, the rural municipality had also operated community health units in Bukeni, Hidi, and Dhara.
