Two Killed in Jeep-Motorcycle Collision in Kanchanpur

Kailali. Two individuals who died in a collision between a jeep and a motorcycle in Kanchanpur on Thursday have been identified.

Province Police Office, Attariya Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Tek Bahadur Jora stated that the deceased were 41-year-old Ram Luhar, the motorcycle rider residing in Bhimdatta Municipality-1, and 43-year-old Dan Singh Dhami, who was riding pillion.

According to him, the jeep with license plate Se 1 Cha 1405 struck the motorcycle with license plate Ma 2 Pa 3506, carrying both deceased, at Lalpur in Bedkot Municipality-7 along the East-West Highway.

Both individuals died on the spot. The bodies of both have been kept at Mahakali Provincial Hospital for post-mortem examination. The jeep driver, 22-year-old Sunil Chaudhary residing in Dokebazar, पुनर्वास Municipality-11, has been taken into police custody.
