Aamir Khan Reveals Son Junaid Makes His Own Career Decisions, Not Seeking His Advice

New Delhi. Shah Rukh Khan's son, the 'Badshah' of Bollywood, chose direction over acting, while Aamir Khan's son, the 'Mr. Perfectionist' of Bollywood, is trying to establish his identity in acting. Junaid debuted in acting with 'Maharaj'. Last time he was seen with Khushi Kapoor in 'Love Ya Pa'. Currently, he has a few films considered good in his hands. But before choosing any new project, Junaid does not consult his father.

'Junaid does not ask me for advice on any project. I think he has signed two films, one of which is with Ekta Kapoor and Balaji Telefilms. He makes all the decisions himself, and that is a big thing,' Aamir Khan said in an interview with Variety India. Aamir stated that he is not a strict father at home, but rather treats his children like friends. He has a friendly relationship with his children Junaid, Ira, and Azad. Aamir also mentioned that Junaid is just like him. Aamir says that he has a good understanding of cinema, screenwriting, and editing, and his willpower is also strong. Aamir says that he taught his son to play chess from the age of 4, and Junaid defeated him in this game for the first time when he was 18. Now Junaid plays this game so skillfully that Aamir cannot defeat Junaid in chess no matter how hard he tries.

Junaid to be seen soon in 'Ek Din'

Regarding work, Junaid will soon be seen in the romantic drama 'Ek Din'. This is an Aamir Khan Productions film. The film is set to release on May 1. South Indian actress Sai Pallavi plays the lead role in this film. Its trailer was recently released. The trailer received mixed reviews. Junaid might be seen in 'Ragini MMS-3'. There are reports that Tamannaah Bhatia will be opposite him in it.

Aamir was last seen in 'Taare Zameen Par' and 'Happy Patel'. He is currently working on his own production house film 'Lahore 1947'. Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta are in the lead roles in this film.
