Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas's Love Story Revealed on Podcast

Mumbai. The love story of global icon Priyanka Chopra and American pop star Nick Jonas is no less than a film script. 

Recently, on the 'Jonas Brothers' podcast, this star couple made many interesting revelations related to their love life. In this process, Nick Jonas also discussed the first direct message (DM) that initiated his love with Priyanka Chopra 10 years ago.

During the podcast, Nick shared a screenshot of his first conversation with Priyanka and explained how their dating began. According to Nick, his brother Kevin Jonas first informed him about Priyanka's show 'Quantico'. After seeing the show's poster on a billboard, Nick immediately messaged Priyanka upon reaching home.

'I looked up at Sunset Boulevard and there was a huge billboard with Priyanka's face on it,' Nick said, 'Right after that, I checked if Priyanka followed me on X (Twitter), and luckily, she was already following me.' He then said that he sent Priyanka the first message without delay.

According to the screenshot shown on the podcast, Nick had written in his first message, 'Hello, I've heard from some people that we should meet. I completely agree with them. Are you coming to Los Angeles anytime soon?'

In response, Priyanka had written, 'Hey, Graham has told me a lot about you. Let's text on the phone, it will be more private because my team also manages this social media account.'

 When Joe and Kevin read this chat aloud on the podcast, Priyanka and Nick couldn't stop laughing and were seen blushing while holding each other's hands.

After this social media conversation, their closeness grew. Priyanka and Nick first met in person at the 'Vanity Fair Oscars After-Party' in 2017. After that, their relationship gained traction when they were seen together at the Met Gala 2017.

In 2018, Nick Jonas proposed to Priyanka Chopra. Subsequently, in December 2018, they got married grandly according to Hindu and Christian rituals in Udaipur, India. Four years after the wedding, in 2022, the couple welcomed their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas through surrogacy.

Work-wise, Priyanka Chopra is soon making a comeback in Indian cinema after about eight years with the film 'Varanasi'. South superstar Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran are also in lead roles in this film. Directed by SS Rajamouli, this film is currently in the production stage and may be released in theaters in April 2027.
