Home Minister Aryal Declares Successful Governance in Federal Parliament Elections 2082

Kathmandu. Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal has stated that electoral governance was maintained during the House of Representatives Election, 2082. Responding to government media after an election security review meeting held today at the Election Commission office in Bahadur Bhawan, he said that since electoral governance is the foundation of political governance, it was possible in this election.

Home Minister Aryal also informed that the current government was formed specifically to conduct elections on Falgun 21, and it is moving forward on the path of completing its mandate by ensuring a clean and impartial election.

“The election was completed without violence; the government fulfilled its responsibility to conduct the election amidst robust security arrangements. During this election, voting was not done in the names of others. All organs of the government were active in coordination to hold the election on time. The election was successfully coordinated through the practice of collective leadership in the Home Ministry. Work was carried out under a coordinated integrated security plan at the center, provincial, and ward levels. The election was completed through decentralization of leadership,” he said.

Home Minister Aryal took the opportunity to thank the Commission for playing a leading role in completing the election according to the schedule.
