CPN-UML and CPN Maintain Early Lead in Achham Constituencies; RSP Trails Significantly

Dhangadhi. Both constituencies in Achham show the CPN (UML) and CPN maintaining an early lead, while candidates from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) are lagging far behind.

According to the latest vote counting results for Achham Constituency No. 1, Dr. Bhim Rawal has taken a narrow lead over his closest competitor. Dr. Rawal, contesting with the 'Star' election symbol, is in the top position with 5,453 votes, closely challenged by CPN-UML candidate Deepak Saud. Saud has secured 5,258 votes so far. The margin between Rawal and Saud is only 195 votes, making the competition very interesting.

Similarly, Nepali Congress candidate Bharat Kumar Swar is in third place with 4,520 votes.

The influence of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) appears weak in Achham-1. RSP candidate Omprakash Rawal is significantly behind in the initial counting stages, having received only 775 votes so far, which is considerably less than the main competitors.

RSP is also trailing in Achham-2. Here, CPN-UML candidate Yagya Bogati has taken an early lead. Congress's Pushpa Shah is in second place, and RSP's Bhupen Shah is in third.
