Israeli Embassy in Tel Aviv Urges Nepalis to Exercise High Alert Amid Rising Middle East Tensions

Kathmandu. In view of the latest developments and escalating security sensitivities in the Middle East, the Nepali Embassy in Tel Aviv, Israel, has urged all Nepali citizens there to maintain a high level of vigilance.

The embassy stated that it is closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East and issued an advisory on Saturday appealing for safety.

The appeal requested Nepalis to fully comply with the security directives issued by the Israeli security forces and the 'Home Front Command'.

Nepalis have been advised to stay indoors as much as possible, remain alert, and maintain constant contact with other Nepali communities in their vicinity. Furthermore, keeping in mind potential risks, the embassy urged them to stay near safe locations or designated bunkers (shelters). 

Similarly, the embassy directed citizens not to undertake any travel without prior approval from the relevant Israeli authorities. The notice also mentioned continuously monitoring local news, official information, and emergency alerts to receive accurate information about the situation. 

Following a joint attack by Israel and the United States on Iran on Saturday, the impact has been felt in various countries across the Middle East.
