Mumbai. Popular South Indian and Bollywood actress Rashmika Mandanna and actor Vijay Deverakonda are reportedly getting married today. According to reports, the two artists have been in a romantic relationship for the past 8 years. Their relationship reportedly began on the set of the 2018 film ‘Geetha Govindam’.

Rashmika, who is one of the highest-paid actresses currently, was born on April 6, 1996, in Kodagu district, Karnataka. Her father ran a coffee shop. According to Rashmika, her childhood was very challenging. There were times when her parents did not even have money to buy her toys. She holds a higher education in Journalism, Psychology, and English. After completing her education, she started modeling.

Actress Following Professor's Advice
According to Rashmika, she never intended to enter the acting field initially. However, a college professor suggested she audition for a film. She only informed her parents about her first film signing after the fact. Initially, her parents were hesitant about their daughter's film career, but they later agreed.

After winning a beauty pageant in 2015, director Rishab Shetty debuted Rashmika in the Kannada film ‘Kirik Party’ (2016). In this film, she played the role of a college student dreaming of becoming an engineer, for which she also received an award.
