Popular Nepali Singer Sajjan Raj Vaidya to Hold First Live Concert in Japan in 2025

Tokyo. Singer Sajjan Raj Vaidya, highly popular among the younger generation, is set to hold his first live concert in Japan.

Sajjan Raj Vaidya's live concert is scheduled for March 10, 2025, at the Yoyogi National Stadium, located just 3 minutes from Harajuku Station in Tokyo. This will be the first historic Nepali event to take place in the National Stadium, which has a seating capacity of approximately 5,000. GMT International informed that the stadium became available for the concert after nearly a year of continuous effort.

More than a dozen artists from Nepal are expected to travel to Japan for the live concert, which is being held under the main banner of GMT International. Preparations are also underway for live concerts by the Sajjan Raj Vaidya band in the cities of Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Osaka, in addition to the capital, Tokyo.

Although this band's live concerts have previously taken place dozens of times in various cities across the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, and many times in front of tens of thousands of spectators in cities like Dubai, Doha, Mumbai, and Delhi in the Middle East, this will be their first time in Japan.

Organizing sources indicated that tickets for the live concert on March 10 will go on sale online starting with the English New Year 2026. Furthermore, the organizing team stated that tickets will be available to students at a 20 percent discount.
