One Dead in Motorcycle Accident in Sankhuwasabha's Silichong Rural Municipality

Sankhuwasabha. One person has died in a motorcycle accident in Silichong Rural Municipality-2, Sankhuwasabha.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Kumar Prasad Mainali of the District Police Office, 56-year-old Premkumar Rai, a resident of Silichong-2 Beteni and native of Salpa Silicho-1 Kamletar, Bhojpur, died on the spot when a motorcycle met with an accident on the internal road of Silichong-2.

The accident occurred on Saturday at 3:00 PM when the motorcycle, bearing license plate Baap-02-046 Pa 2467, driven by 22-year-old Akash Rai of Salpa Silicho-1 Kamletar, was traveling from Silichong-2 Beteni towards Balat, Deputy Superintendent of Police Mainali stated. Rai, who was riding pillion on the motorcycle, died in the accident.
