Vijay Sethupathi Reportedly Joins Cast of 'Ramayan' Alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Yash

Mumbai. New information has been revealed regarding the star cast of the film 'Ramayan' directed by Nitesh Tiwari. Popular South Indian actor Vijay Sethupathi will now also be seen in this film.

Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in the role of 'Lord Ram' in the film, while South superstar Yash will appear in the role of 'Ravan'. According to a recently released report, Vijay Sethupathi will play the role of Ravan's brother, 'Vibhishan'.

In Ramayan, the character of Vibhishan is considered a symbol of truth and righteousness, who supported Lord Ram instead of siding with his own elder brother Ravan's unrighteousness. However, the production team has not yet made any official announcement regarding Vijay Sethupathi's role.

In addition to Ranbir, Yash, and Vijay, veteran artists such as Sunny Deol, Ravi Dubey, and Sai Pallavi will also feature in the film. This film will be released on a pan-India level. The film's music is being jointly prepared by Oscar winner A.R. Rahman and famous Hollywood composer Hans Zimmer.
