Home Minister Holds Courtesy Meeting with UNODC Regional Representative for South Asia

Kathmandu. Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal held a courtesy meeting with Christian Holsz, the Regional Representative for South Asia of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).

During the meeting, Minister Aryal expressed gratitude for the assistance provided by UNODC to Nepal in areas including drug control. He also expressed confidence that cooperation with UNODC could be further enhanced.

UNODC Regional Representative Holsz stated that cooperation with the Government of Nepal would be continued and praised the support and promptness provided by the government for the operation of UNODC programs.

The courtesy meeting held at the Ministry of Home Affairs was attended by the Chief of the Policy, Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Division of the Ministry, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, representatives from UNODC Nepal, and others.
