Youth Wing of CPN-UML to Establish Operational Commands in All Constituencies for Upcoming Elections

Kathmandu. The National Youth Association Nepal, the mass organization wing of the CPN-UML, is set to establish operational commands in all constituencies across the country for the upcoming elections.

Addressing a press conference in Kathmandu on Monday, the Youth Association announced that all members of the organization would be mobilized to ensure the victory of their party's candidates by forming operational commands in every constituency. During the press conference, Youth Association Chairman Maharaj Gurung informed that the election operational commands would formulate publicity strategies, raise voter awareness, create a fear-free environment for voting, and arrange security measures alongside the candidates.

He also stated that Ward Commanders have been appointed in all 6,743 wards and Booth Commanders in all 10,967 polling booths.

He stated that an effective, interventionist role would be played to ensure the victory of candidates who dream of a prosperous Nepal, advocate for it, and work towards it in the general elections.

Chairman Gurung stated that the organization would move forward with the objective of giving new momentum to the Nepali youth movement and securing popular endorsement through the mandate for the force that will build the nation in the upcoming elections.
