Shots Fired Outside Bollywood Action Director Rohit Shetty's Mumbai Residence

Mumbai. Four rounds were fired outside the residence of famous Bollywood action film director Rohit Shetty in Mumbai late Saturday night. Panic has once again spread in the Bollywood fraternity after an unidentified group fired outside his residence in the Juhu area. 

Upon receiving information about the incident, the Mumbai Police and forensic teams reached the spot and began an investigation. According to the police, the incident occurred around 3 AM on Saturday night. After the unidentified attackers fled after opening fire, security has been tightened around Shetty's house and in the Juhu area. 

Many other Bollywood celebrities also reside in this area. So far, no group has claimed responsibility for this attack, and the motive for the attack remains unclear. The police are collecting CCTV footage from nearby areas to identify the attackers.

This is not the first time such incidents have targeted Bollywood celebrities. Earlier, comedian and actor Kapil Sharma's cafe in Canada was shot at three times. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang had claimed responsibility for that attack and also threatened Kapil. 

Similarly, actor Salman Khan has also repeatedly received death threats. Last April, an unknown person sent a WhatsApp message to the traffic department in Worli, Mumbai, threatening to blow up Salman's car with a bomb and enter his house to kill him. 

On April 14, 2024, shots were also fired at Salman's Galaxy Apartments, for which the Lawrence gang took responsibility.
