Nepal Police Summons 17 Absent Personnel to Report Within Seven Days

Kathmandu. The Nepal Police Headquarters has requested 17 police personnel who have been voluntarily absent from duty since various dates to report to the office.

Issuing a notice today, the headquarters urged the absent police employees to appear with clarification within seven days. The Police Headquarters stated that despite search efforts and posting of notices, the individuals have not come into contact with the office.

The absent police personnel include one Police Assistant Inspector, one Police Head Constable, one Assistant Head Constable, 11 Police Constables, and three office helpers.

The Nepal Police Headquarters has warned that if they fail to appear with a satisfactory explanation detailing the reasons for their absence within seven days, excluding travel time, they will be removed from service according to regulations.
