NEPSE index drops by 25 points

Kathmandu, January 12 — On the first day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index dropped by 25 points.

On Sunday, NEPSE decreased by 25.41 points, reaching 26,069.67 points.

Along with the drop in the stock market, trading also decreased.

On this day, stocks worth 3.99 billion rupees were traded, with 80,21,631 shares bought and sold.

Similarly, the share prices of 34 companies increased, while the share prices of 194 companies decreased.

The share prices of 6 companies remained unchanged.
