Gold prices drop by NPR 700 per tola

Kathmandu, December 18 — The price of gold has decreased in the Nepali market on Wednesday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmark gold, which was set at NPR 151,400 per tola (11.66 grams) on Tuesday, has dropped by NPR 700 to NPR 150,700 per tola on Wednesday.

Similarly, the price of silver has also seen a slight decrease.

The price of silver, which was NPR 1,840 per tola on Tuesday, has dropped by NPR 5 to NPR 1,835 per tola on Wednesday, according to the Federation.
