Photo Feature: Lumbini Lions' first win of the season

Kathmandu, December 10 — In the Nepal Premier League (NPL), Lumbini Lions secured their first win of the season, defeating Chitwan Rhinos by 33 runs.

Led by an all-round performance from captain Rohit Kumar Paudel, Lumbini set a target of 168 runs. Chitwan, in reply, managed only 134 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.

This was Lumbini's first victory after four defeats in the previous five matches, earning them 2 points.

On the other hand, Chitwan, with 3 wins and 2 losses in 5 games, have 6 points. The loss has significantly dented their chances of advancing to the playoffs.
