Durga Prasain presented in court for remand extension (photos)
Kathmandu, November 20 — Durga Prasain, a medical entrepreneur arrested on charges of cybercrime, has been presented in court for an extension of his detention.
He was brought to the District Court of Kathmandu on Wednesday through the office of the government attorney.
Prasain was arrested by the police on Tuesday from his residence in Bhaktapur in connection with a cybercrime case.
He had made serious allegations against CPN-UML Chairman and Prime Minister KP Oli and had circulated 'fake documents' on social media.
