In pictures: Durga Prasain taken for health check-up after CIB detention

Kathmandu, November 19 — Medical entrepreneur Durga Prasain has been taken to the hospital for a health check-up. After being arrested from his residence in Bhaktapur on Tuesday, he was brought to the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), where he was later taken for medical examination.  

CIB spokesperson Hobindra Bogati confirmed that Prasai was arrested on charges related to cybercrime.

On Monday, he had released a controversial video accusing Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli of having investments in Cambodia.
