Gold prices surge by 2,000 rupees
Kathmandu, November 8 — Gold prices have risen on the second day after Donald Trump was elected as the president in the United States.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of gold increased by 2,000 rupees today.
As per the new price set by the association, the price of hallmarked gold has reached 166,500 rupees per tola. The previous price for gold was 164,500 rupees per tola.
In addition, the price of silver has also gone up by 20 rupees today, reaching 1,980 rupees per tola, up from 1,960 rupees on Thursday.
