Four injured in Bajhang jeep accident
Bajhang, October 28 — Four people have been injured in a jeep accident in Bajhang.
The jeep, with registration number BA 18 Cha 5149, was traveling from Talkot Rural Municipality towards the district headquarters in Chainpur when it met with the accident in Bhopur.
According to Lokendra Thagunna, the information officer and police inspector at the district police office, the jeep, carrying seven passengers, overturned on the road due to high speed. Those injured include the jeep driver, 56-year-old Bir Bahadur Bam from Talkot Rural Municipality-1, 45-year-old Dhanalakshmi Bam from the same area, 17-year-old Shankar Dhami from Jayaprithivi Municipality-11, and 25-year-old Bidhya Bohora from the same locality.
All the injured are receiving treatment at the district hospital. The police have reported that their condition is stable.
