Arghakhanchi jeep accident update: One killed, nine injured

Sandhikharka, September 11 — A jeep accident in Arghakhanchi has resulted in one death and nine injuries.
On Wednesday, a jeep with registration number Lu 1 Ja 7463, traveling from Chhatradev to Butwal, crashed in Shitaganga Municipality-12 along the Gorusinge-Sandhikharka road.
The victim has been identified as 65-year-old Ram Prasad Panthi.
DSP Prateek Singh Rathore informed that Panthi died at the scene.
The nine injured individuals were initially treated at the Primary Health Center in Thada and are now being transferred to Lumbini Provincial Hospital in Butwal for further treatment.
Authorities suspect that brake failure may have caused the accident.
Police are continuing their investigation into the incident.
