Possible agendas of NA meeting today

KATHMANDU, Aug 27: The National Assembly meeting has been called for 1 pm at the federal parliament building in New Baneshwar today.

The details of the letters regarding the assignment and Bill authentication received from the President's Office as well as the assignment letter received from the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers will be read out in today’s meeting.

The possible agendas of the meeting also state that Jayanti Devi Rai, the Chairperson of the Legislative Management Committee, will submit the 'Remaining Laws Study Report 2080' according to the constitution.

Similarly, while submitting the order of removal of hurdles, the Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dhanraj Gurung will submit the proposal to increase the procedures of the Commission according to Subsection 2 of Section 42 of the Commission for Investigation of Disappeared Persons, and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission 2071.
