VP Pun attends Sri-Lanka's national day programme

Kathmandu, Sri Lankan Ambassador to Nepal, WS Pereira has said that the bilateral relations between Nepal and Sri-Lanka were harmonious. 
At a programme organized at the Sri Lankan Embassy premises to mark the 70th National Day of Sri-Lanka, envoy Pereira added that high-level exchange visits were further harmonizing the existing cordial relations. 
The programme started with the hoisting of the National Flag by Ambassador Pereira in the presence of members of Sri Lankan community and well-wishers, according to a press statement. Pereira further added that the SAARC was also contributing to make the bilateral relations friendlier. 
Present on the occasion were Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun, Ministers, chief of constitutional bodies, various political party leaders, industrialists among other VIPs.
