National Planning Commission meeting ends

KATHMANDU, Aug 2: The meeting of the National Planning Commission, held at the official residence of the Prime Minister in Baluwatar, has ended. The meeting has decided to take the initial draft of the concept paper which has been prepared for the 16th plan, for discussion.

Addressing the meeting, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, repointing his speech in the Parliament, said that an environment should be created to use the discretion of the intellectual community from the people's level, whether while preparing the budget or while making strategic plans.

PM Dahal said that it is also necessary to review the fifteenth plan while creating the plan. The Prime Minister's Secretariat informed that PM Dahal has also instructed to forward the concept paper that has been passed, for discussion.
