Nepal sets 249-run target for UAE in ICC Men's League-2 ODI series
KATHMANDU, March 12: Nepal has set a target of 249 runs for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in an ODI match of the ICC Men's World Cup Cricket League-2 triangular series.
Nepal elected to bat first and scored 248 runs in 49.2 overs, with Captain Rohit Kumar Poudel hitting 77 runs. Aashif Sheikh, Dipendra Singh Aire, and Bhim Sarki also contributed with 43, 34, and 29 runs respectively.
Nepal's win in the match would secure its ODI ranking and position in the World Cup.
