Gold price sets new record

KATHMANDU, Feb 2: The gold is traded at Rs 107,500 per tola today, which is a historical record for the Nepali market.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Associations, the fine gold is traded at Rs 107,500 per tola following a rise of Rs 1,200 per tola from the price of the prior day.
Likewise, the price of Tejabi gold today is Rs 107,000. Similarly, silver is being traded at Rs 1,395 per tola today following a rise of Rs 25 per tola the previous day. 
A tola is equivalent to 11.66 grams.
