Patan High Court passes interim order not to demolish structures over Tukucha River

KATHMANDU, Sept 22: The Patan High Court has issued an interim order not to immediately demolish structures over Tukucha River barring the Kathmandu Metropolitan City’s plan to recover the river.

A single bench of Justice Kiran Kumar Pokhrel issued the order to this effect on Wednesday.
