We are preparing to file case against Prez Bhandari’s recent move: Dahal

KATHMANDU, Sept 21: Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has maintained that the ruling alliance is planning to go to court against President Bidhya Devi Bhnadari’s recent move.

Addressing an event at Khumaltar-based party office, Dahal said that the ruling alliance is currently consulting with advocates regarding the issue.

“President Bhandari was obliged to authenticate the citizenship bill by Tuesday but she did not. Her act is against the constitution and democracy” Dahal said.

We hold the meeting earlier today and have decided to file a case.
