Seat sharing model of ruling alliance for upcoming polls will be finalized in a day or two: Dahal
KATHMANDU, Aug 29: Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center), a key coalition partner of the Nepali Congress-led government, maintained that the seat sharing model of the ruling alliance for the upcoming polls of the House of Representatives (HoR) and the provincial assemblies will be finalized in a day or two.
Addressing the Valley Special Committee meeting, Chair Dahal said that the issues of seat sharing among the members of the ruling alliance will be solved step by step.
“I recently held meetings with leaders of Nepali Congress and other coalition members. We will soon finalize the numbers of seats to be allocated for each coalition member,” Dahal said.
Dahal also claimed that all the member parties will finalize their candidates by September 10.
