He messaged me, came to my room then ejaculated: Statement of victim

KATHMANDU, March 24: The girl who had filed rape cases againt actor Paul Shah has maintined that Shah had come her room at mid-night after messaging her then raped her.

In the rape case registered by District Attrony, Tanahu, the minor has maintained that she was raped by Shah at her room in mid-night 12.

According to the statement recorded by the victim, Shah had texted her, writing “I will come to your room.” 

Shah then raped her saying that he will marry her, according to the victim.

Despite her refusal, Shah removed her clothes, raped and ejaculated, the victim has maintained.

The victim has also maintained that she was raped in Pokhara-based Prime Hotel on December 10, 2020, Gaidakot-based Resort on March 7, 2021 and Dulegauda-based Pradip Thapa’s house on May 7.

The victim has also accused Kishna Prasad Joshi of supporting Shah in raping her.
