House of Representatives passes condolence motion on death of Yadav

The House of Representatives (HoR) has endorsed a condolence proposal on the demise of then Constituent Assembly member Dinesh Chandra Yadav.
The Lower House of the Federal Parliament today unanimously passed the condolence motion presented by Speaker of the HoR, Agni Prasad Sapkota.
Yadav, also former State-Minister for Drinking Water and Sanitation, had passed away on 14 January this year at the age of 75. He was elected to the Constituent Assembly member during the Constituent Assembly Election in 2013 from CPN (UML) representing the Banke constituency no 2.
The meeting also observed a minute’s silence praying for eternal peace to the departed soul. The parliamentarians also expressed their sorrow over the demise of Yadav and extended condolences to the bereaved family.
The HoR is to meet again at 1:00 pm on coming March 19.
