Under-construction temple crushes two to death

Fidim–Two people died when the roof of an under-construction temple fell apart at Tari of Hilihang rural municipality-7, Bharapa in Panchthar.
According to Arjun Rijal, a local, Jagat Bahadur Rai and Rudra Rai died when the roof crushed them at around 9.00 am this morning.
The entire roof had caved in while un-installing its setting. Police personnel are trying to take out the dead bodies with support from locals.
Police Inspector Anil Kumar Poudel shared that two people were killed when the entire roof collapsed while removing its setting structure.
The roof of the under-construction temple had fallen apart due to sub-standard construction works, he noted.
The temple is being built at Yalambar Park.
