Kathmandu – The Metropolitan Police Sector, Balambu, has arrested a person with banned drug. He is Manoj Rimal of Kavre.
A team deployed from the Sector arrested Rimal from Balkumari section of Chandragiri municipality-12 and made him public today.
Police seized 46 ampoules of Nurphin, Phenargan and Diazepam each from Rimal, said Spokesperson at the Metropolitan Police Office, Ranipokhari.
Similarly, police have arrested a person along with illegal gold at Tribhuvan International Airport. Osakil Mohammad of Ganeshman municipality-4 of Dhanusha district was arrested on Monday with three pieces of gold bangles, which he had been bringing illegally from abroad. Further investigation into the case was underway, added police.
