7th NAFF from next week

Kathmandu – The 7th edition of Nepal-Africa Film Festival (NAFF)-2018 is going to start from next week in Kathmandu. 
The College of Journalism and Mass Communication (CJMC) is going to organize the two-day event at the Kamalpokhari-based Russian Centre of Science and Culture from November 26. 


The Festival aims to augment the exchange of culture and promotion of tourism between Nepal and Africa. 
At a press conference held here today, Film Festival Director Dr Manju Mishra shared that altogether 11 movies, mostly from African countries, will be shown during the festival. 


Other international movies including Nepali movies themed on wide range of social issues will also share the screen in the festival. 


Movies such as Nasir 56 from Egypt, Life in Progress from Switzerland, Football Doctrine from Sweden, Call Me Thief from Africa among others will be screen in the event. 


The movie enthusiasts and visitors could interact with the movie directors on the movies during the event, organizers said.
