Three individuals, including Singer Rajesh Payal Rai, nabbed by police

KATHMANDU: Singer Rajesh Payal Rai, along with two others, was apprehended by police last night on charges related to noise disturbance and alcohol consumption.

According to law enforcement officials, the arrests were made near Madan Bhandari College in Kathmandu following complaints from locals about disturbances in the area.

In a separate operation, the police detained a total of 172 individuals from various parts of the Kathmandu Valley during the same night.
