NC appoints new coordinators for vacant parliamentary committees
Kathmandu, January 16 — The Nepali Congress has appointed new coordinators for three vacant parliamentary committees.
In a joint meeting of the Nepali Congress parliamentary party's working committee and ministers held on Thursday, the party decided to form the Parliamentary Discipline Committee and appointed Dilendra Prasad Badu as its coordinator.
Additionally, Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat has been appointed to the Finance Committee, Chanda Chaudhary to the Agriculture Committee, and Sanjay Gautam to the Public Accounts Committee.
As per the Nepali Congress parliamentary party's regulations, each parliamentary committee is to have one coordinator appointed.
