Share market sees dip of 47 points this week
Kathmandu, January 16 — The share market experienced a decline of 47 points this week.
The market closed at 2,635 points last Thursday, and today, on the final trading day of the week (Thursday), it fell to 2,588 points.
On Sunday, the market dropped by 25 points, followed by a 15-point drop on Monday.
The market remained closed on Tuesday due to the Maghi festival, and by Wednesday, the market showed a minor increase of 1.83 points.
Today, the market fell again by 7 points, marking a week of fluctuations in trading volumes as well.
Last Thursday, the market recorded a turnover of 7.23 billion NPR, while today’s turnover was 5.93 billion NPR.
Sunday saw the lowest turnover of the week at 3.94 billion NPR.
