RPP Chair Lingden departs for Qatar

KATHMANDU, Sep 28: The Chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Rajendra Lingden has departed for Qatar. He left for Doha on Wednesday night to participate in various programs that are being organized by the Pravasi Nepali Ekta Samaj (PANAS) Qatar.

According to RPP spokesperson Mohan Kumar Shrestha, during his stay in Qatar, President Lingden is scheduled to meet and interact with various Nepali organizations and Nepali communities there.

Shrestha also informed that he will get information about the problems of Nepali workers, discuss various issues with the officials of the embassy and also participate in a special program organized by PANAS Qatar.

RPP central member and Central Migration Department Chief Ananda Adhikari is also in Chair Lingden’s visit team. Spokesperson Shrestha said that before going to Qatar, Chairman Lingden gave the senior vice chairman of the party, Buddhiman Tamang, the responsibilities of the acting chairman. 

RPP has informed that Chairman Lingden will return on October 30.
