Fake Bhutanese refugee case: Custody extension of 16 arrested by 2 days
KATHMANDU, May 23: District Court Kathmandu has extended the custody of the 16 arrested in the fake Bhutanese refugee case.
After the deadline was over for those in custody, the Police presented the 16 arrested to the Court on Tuesday, and the court permitted the District Police Range Kathmandu to put the arrested in custody for 2 more days.
The police have submitted the investigation report of the refugee case to the government attorney's office, and after studying the report, the government attorney's office will file a case in court.
