Call for new government formation in Sudurpashchim, deadline till Jan 11

KAILALI, Jan. 4: A call has been made in the Sudurpashchim Province for the formation of a new government. Province chief Devraj Joshi made the call to submit claims for the new Chief Minister. He has given a deadline of January 11, Wednesday by 5 pm.
The spokesperson of the Province Chief's Office, Dirgharaj Bhatta, has stated through a statement that Joshi has called for the formation of a majority government in accordance with clause (2) as no party has obtained a majority in the provincial assembly according to clause (1) of Article 168 of the Constitution.
The parties have been called upon to submit claims to the Chief Minister by 5 pm on the 11th of January according to the statement showing the majority.
