Kathmandu–Nepal Communist Party (NCP) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' Secretariat has refuted the news carried by media linking him to the topic of reconstitution of the Council of Ministers.
In a press note it issued today, the Secretariat stated that Chairman Dahal has been reiterating time and again reshuffling the Cabinet is the Prime Minister's jurisdiction.
"We urge one and all not to be misled by this kind of a false publicity made without even taking into account the general principles of journalism," reads the press note.
The Secretariat has also strongly condemned and refuted such 'baseless and misleading' news.
