Gagan Thapa States Krishna Prasad Bhattarai's 'Saintly Leader' Title Will Endure

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa has said that the title of 'Saintly Leader' given to former Prime Minister Krishna Prasad Bhattarai by the Nepali people will never be destroyed.

Speaking at the unveiling ceremony of the statue of Saintly Leader Krishna Prasad Bhattarai organized by the Congress Lalitpur District Working Committee in Nakhhipot today, he said that the Nepali people gave him the title of 'Saintly Leader' in honor of the contributions made by leader Bhattarai for freedom.

President Thapa informed that a policy arrangement has been made to ensure the representation of youth below 30 years of age in the party's convention. He expressed the view that it would not be appropriate for the three major parties to form a government together in the province.
