Two Dead, Three Injured in Dadeldhura Jeep Accident

Dadeldhura. Two people died and three were injured in a Bolero jeep accident in Amargadhi Municipality-7, Khasrekhan, Dadeldhura on Saturday morning. 

Locals said the jeep, traveling from Dhangadhi to Darchula, fell about 500 meters down a cliff around 3 am and crashed. 

Upon receiving information about the accident, a joint team of Nepal Police, Traffic Police, and Armed Police reached the scene and conducted rescue operations. All five injured were immediately taken to Dadeldhura Hospital for treatment. Police said two died during treatment, while the remaining three are undergoing treatment at the hospital. 

Police said the cause of the accident is yet to be determined. Police are collecting further details about the incident, including the identification of the deceased and injured, and have further investigated the accident.
