Government Approves Foreign Aid, Staff Management, and Organizational Structures

Kathmandu. The Council of Ministers of the Government of Nepal, in its meeting held on Thursday, has made various important decisions related to the administrative and financial sectors.

According to Communications Minister Vikram Timilsina, the government has decided to accept foreign grant assistance equivalent to 1.81 million US dollars to be received from the Korean government for the establishment of the Nepal Law Information Pilot System. This grant assistance will be used to further modernize and systematize Nepal's legal information system.

On the administrative reform and staff management front, the government has approved a new arrangement related to the management of employees working on service contracts. 

Similarly, the meeting has also approved the organizational structure and staffing required to make the work of various ministries of the government more effective.
