Three Dead in Separate Road Accidents in Kapilvastu, Dang, and Nawalparasi West

Kathmandu. Three people have died in separate road accidents in Kapilvastu, Dang, and Nawalparasi West.<

In Kapilvastu, 18-year-old Irsad Khan, the driver of motorcycle UP 55 AM 8979, died when it lost control and met with an accident on the road in Yashodhara Rural Municipality-6 Parsahariya, while going from Bhaisahiya to Parsahariya on Friday afternoon. Police said that Khan, a resident of Bhaisahiya, Yashodhara Rural Municipality-6, who was seriously injured in the accident, died during treatment at the District Hospital, Taulihawa.<

Similarly, in Dang, one person died when auto LU.PRA.02-001 H 1105, going from Haphure to Babarpur, lost control and met with an accident on the road in Babi Rural Municipality-5 Sani Okali on Friday afternoon. The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Thaman Bhandari, a resident of Panchkule, Babi Rural Municipality-6, who was traveling in the auto. He died during treatment at Rapti Provincial Hospital, Tulsipur, after being seriously injured in the accident. Of the two others injured in the accident, one is undergoing treatment at Gopal Sagar Hospital, Nepalgunj, Banke, and the other at Gupta Medical, Tulsipur. The police have taken the auto driver under control.<

Meanwhile, in Nawalparasi West, a pedestrian died after being hit by a truck numbered LU.2 Kha 433 on the road in Sarawal Rural Municipality-1 Harkatta. The deceased has been identified as 70-year-old Ramu Regmi, a resident of Harkatta, Sunwal Municipality-12. Regmi, who was seriously injured in the accident that occurred on Friday evening, died during treatment at the District Hospital, Parasi. The said truck had hit a truck numbered GA.1 Ka. 2965, lost control, and also hit pedestrian Regmi. Police have taken the drivers of both trucks under control.<

Police are conducting necessary investigations into all these accidents.<
