Karnali Highway Blocked by Landslide in Gaganekhola

Jumla. The Karnali Highway has been blocked due to a landslide in Gaganekhola, Kalikot, last night.

Souravkumar Singh, Information Officer at the Road Division Office, Jumla, informed that the road was blocked due to a landslide in Gaganekhola following continuous rain. According to the office, work has been underway since 3:00 AM to clear the debris. Coordination is being done with the Road Division Surkhet for this, he said.

The office has informed everyone through a public notice to travel with caution during the rainy season and to avoid traveling at night.
